Barbara Tuler is the owner and operator of the Pet Consultants. She has worked professionally in dogs for over 27 years, including the field of training for over 22 years. A former groomer, certified veterinary technician and pet store owner, Barbara is experienced with the grooming, nutritional and behavioral needs of dogs. She also practices animal-assisted therapy and is a Delta certified evaluator and instructor.
